The Flow Hive is nothing short of a miracle new way to keep the bees happy. The old Langstroth box fell apart and it was not only easy to transfer the bees to their new homes, they seem calmer (and so am I!). They seem right at home now and having learned a lot from the videos we are much better bee keepers. The honey when we “let it flow” so much less traumatic to the bees and ourselves.
I’ve been keeping bees for well over five years… Always wanted to try the system and am super glad that I did. Such a neat innovative way to harvest honey and a very visually appealing way to introduce my children to the whole honey harvesting experience.
Box build and material are outstanding. I haven’t used the flow super yet because I am still build up my colony. I’m looking forward to seeing how the flow super preforms.
