The Flow Harvesting Shelf is an extremely popular feature of the new Flow Hive 2 and it's now available for original Flow Hive owners who can add this handy accessory to their existing beehives.
These convenient, height-adjustable, Flow-branded harvesting shelf brackets make collecting your honey now even easier!
Precision laser cut and crafted from Western Red Cedar, this Flow Harvesting Shelf Bracket kit can be added to any Flow Hive Classic to convert your rear access cover into a handy height-adjustable harvesting shelf.
Each of our Flow Hive models is manufactured with minor sizing differences, so it's important to choose the correct Harvesting Shelf Bracket kit to be compatible with your existing hive.
Harvesting Shelf Bracket Classic ARA style:
This shelf bracket kit is designed to be compatible with all Australian made Flow Hives – the Flow Hive Classic Araucaria 6 & 7 frame (manufactured in Australia).
Harvesting Shelf Bracket Classic WRC style:
This shelf bracket kit is designed to be compatible with our founding supporter hives – Flow Hive Classic Cedar 6 frame (manufactured in the USA).

The Flow Harvesting Shelf Bracket kit comes with two timber brackets and the hardware required to assemble and add this hand accessory to your hive.
• Does not include a Flow Hive or bees.

The Flow Harvesting Shelf Bracket kit comes with easy to assemble hardware and can be stored safely when not in use. Although there are minor differences in the sizing of this product, you can assemble it in the same way as the Flow Hive 2 harvesting shelf brackets. Download the assembly guide here.

These shelf brackets are a must have for our flowhives! They make harvesting so much easier. We set ours to the a height that accommodates 1 gal mason jars for harvesting. Thank you for making them to fit the original hives!
I absolutely love flow hive. They have paid attention to every little detail. The standalone are amazing with the B guards and the bug catch system that slides out everything about help preserve your hive, and make sure that the bees are happy.
I have an earlier version of a flow hive that had no shelf for collection so it was always a challenge to set something (jerryrig) up at the correct height (and stability). These brackets were incredibly easy to install and were game changers for collection... made it soooo easy. I highly recommend.
Not used yet as weather been not so great but the girls are hard at work now. Will be using it very soon. Looks well made. Can't wait to use it. Be easier for honey to go into jars too.
